About the Project

FinTech-Enabled Land Governance
for Inclusive Growth

A research-driven platform integrating digital finance, parcel registries, GIS mapping, and smart transfer workflows to transform land governance in developing economies.

Our Mission

Transforming Land from Dead Capital into a Productive Economic Asset

In many developing economies, land remains what Hernando de Soto called "dead capital" β€” owned but unregistered, untaxed, and unable to serve as collateral. LandFin Governance Hub changes that by integrating FinTech tools with land administration systems.

By combining digital payments, alternative credit scoring, blockchain-ready registries, and GIS mapping, LandFin enables governments, citizens, and financial institutions to operate within a single transparent, interoperable platform.
